Desert Canyon Golf Course is only 15 miles south of the condo. This course offers the discriminating golfer classic desert style target golf while overlooking sweeping vistas of the Columbia River Valley and majestic Cascade Mountains.
Designed by innovative golf course designer, Jack Frei, this 18-hole public facility delivers an experience unmatched in Washington. Frei capitalized on the spectacular desert terrain to create a course with desert style target golf at its finest. There is a premium placed on shot accuracy, but with five sets of tees there is a place for every level of golfer.

Bear Mountain Ranch and Golf Course is less than 5 miles from the condo. Its grand opening is scheduled for May 1, 2005.
Overlooking Lake Chelan, Bear Mountain Ranch's 18 hole public golf course is a mountain course unlike any other. Using Mother Nature's wide open spaces and carved plateaus, experts designed the course so all 18 holes have incredible lake and mountain views. The course will easily accommodate all golfers, from beginner to the expert, by offering 5 tee boxes per hole. Carts equipped with a state-of-the-art GPS system will be included in the green fees.

Wineries: 
The Columbia Cascade Winery Association is the pre-eminent resource for information on local wineries. This Winery Association is comprised of nearly 30 different wineries that virtually surround this Pleasant Beach Condo.
"A new wine region has appeared amongst the rivers, lakes, and mountains of North Central Washington. "Bordered by the towering Cascade Mountains on the west and sagebrush covered hills on the east, vineyards and their attendant wineries are rapidly appearing throughout the area."

Ohme Gardens: Enjoy a breathtaking walk through the trails in Ohme Gardens. Ohme Gardens boasts nearly one mile of trails, spattered with stone benches for resting and enjoying the views, areas for picnicing and a quaint gift shop. Spectacular views make for a great family experience. |
