Rates:
Peak Season: June 15-Labor Day Weekend, 2007 = $225 per night. If staying less than seven nights, we will pass along our cleaning fee of $75.
Low Season: $800/week or $125/night with a 2 night minimum.
All payments must be made by personal check, cashiers check or money order payable to B&B Properties, LLC.
Damage Deposit:
For each one week reservation, a $500 damage deposit is required. If the condo is left in good condition, the $500 will be returned to you.
You will be responsible for any damage (incidental, accidental or otherwise) caused by you or your guests during your stay. By entering into the Rental Agreement, you agree and understand that your liability is not limited to the $500 damage/security deposit.
Policies and Procedures*:
1. Check in 4:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m.
2. Smoking is not permitted inside the rental unit.
3. Pets are not allowed without prior written consent of B&B Properties, LLC.
* A Rental Agreement and a copy of the Condo Rules and Regulations will be sent to you when you make your reservation that will more fully set forth the Policies, Procedures, and terms of the contract.
